Louis Armstrong New Orleans International (KMSY) has Class C. Baton Rouge (KBTR) has Class C. Lakefront Airport (KNEW) in New Orleans is the primary GA training airport with excellent access and Class D airspace. Gulf Coast MOAs and restricted areas related to offshore operations are present.
